Founded in 1992, Outsource Fleet Services (OFS) has been helping fleet owners,
managers, and owner operators effectively manage their vehicle maintenance.
Starting with one contract location and one truck and with a background in
fleet management with Roadway Express and Airborne, Greg Leffler started
Outsource Fleet Services because he recognized the needs of fleet owners and
managers to cost effectively maintain their vehicles. He further recognized
that the outsourced fleet maintenance companies he was dealing with told him
what they would do as opposed to listening to Greg about what he needed
As we grew we further understood that fleet maintenance is more than repairing
a vehicle... It is the trust that the person repairing your vehicle is fully
trained on that vehicle. We verify the job is being done right by constant
inspections, audit procedures and surprise inspections – often done with the
customer. It is also trust that the best parts for that particular vehicle are
used.
Qualified Mechanics
Our mechanics go through a complete training process before they begin to work
on any vehicle. Finally, after going through our rigorous training process,
they are further trained on each specific make and kind of vehicle. Our
training is one of the most comprehensive in the industry. Our mechanics are
also required to participate in regular and ongoing training programs. Whether
it is tractor, trailer or truck our mechanics know how to service it. Would you

Parts
We use only the highest quality parts; but more important, we use the highest
quality parts that are best suited for your particular vehicle. We use only OEM
or OEM quality parts thru our suppliers and we assure that your vehicles are
serviced to your specifications.
